    Thank you SO MUCH for this hurt foot workout! I tripped and fell two days ago and am now in a boot with peroneal tendinitis. I workout everyday so I was really bummed about not being able to bear any weight on my foot. This was great! Much appreciated!

    I have a 20lb 14 week old. 🥲 I couldn’t finish the exercises this the first time, but he loved ask the kids he got during push-ups and I’m hopeful that it’ll get easier! It was nice to at least get some glute bridges in.

    I don’t comment on videos but I gotta say that kicked my butt! I’ve been working out for years. I’ve been extremely fit at times of my life and am used to long distance running, weight lifting and calisthenics. I torn my Achilles a few weeks ago and am trying to stay fit.     Ruptured my tendon during ballet class because I didn’t let my body rest enough. I was feeling so devastated as dance is an essential part of my life and was so angry at myself for not listening to my body even though I should’ve known better. Stuck in a boot for 6 weeks and not allowed to dance for 4 months - your workout helps me so much. Mentally and physically! Thank you❤

    Love the workout! I injured my foot playing tennis and had two ligaments and two tendons surgically repaired. After sitting around for a few weeks, I searched for a non-weightbearing workout and found this. It's great! Like the music, too. A soundtrack would be great so I can buy some of the songs.😊

    Week check 🤍 Day 1: I don’t do any exercises and I felt SO tired doing this workout but I could feel by belly “losing fat” lol 😭 Day 2: Same thing as day 1, but I could memorize some of the exercises 🤍 Day 3: Memorized pretty much everything I have a fast memory I can also see a small difference my belly is a bit smaller than day 1 and 2

So far I've only made it 12 minutes in; gonna try every day until I can make all 30 minutes (hopefully by the time my foot is healed!) I like the format here (no talking, just music and visual intros on each step). Will have to checkout more of Fitnessa when I'm back on two feet.
