  • Hi everyone!! Today I am taking it back old school (more like a year ago...) when these indoor walking workouts were the jam! This is a 20 minute indoor step workout - there are no repeats and no major jumping so it's mostly low impact (modify any higher intensity workouts to your level). I hope you guys enjoy it!!
