    This workout is a 15 minute, all side lying, non-weight bearing, hurt foot workout! I hope you enjoy this workout and it helps you if you are injured! I broke my foot a few months ago and thankfully it's healed but I still like to take it slow and include some hurt foot workouts in my routine still :)

    The last few months I’ve been working out hardcore. Then suddenly my foot was in so much pain and swollen turns out I have plantar fasciitis 😩 I was afraid this would mess up my progress but doing your videos has been so helpful! 🙏🏼

    Thank you for just being you and giving us a normal workout without all the "influencer" vibes that so many youtubers have these days. My knees are injured, so I can't do standing or keeling exercises but need to strengthen my inner and outer thighs. This was perfect. It will go on my my PT recovery playlist. Thank you!

    I don’t comment on videos but I gotta say that kicked my butt! I’ve been working out for years. I’ve been extremely fit at times of my life and am used to long distance running, weight lifting and calisthenics. I torn my Achilles a few weeks ago and am trying to stay fit. Apparently my hips are the weakest part of my body! Holy crap I am on fire! Thanks for this!

    Thank you thank you! These side lying are amazing for hotel or other days when you want to tone, but exhausted or recovering from illness.

    Hi, I have just started doing your hurt foot work outs and I am LOVING THEM! I, like you, broke my 5 metatarsal bone (playing basketball with the kids at school). Your work outs brilliant and pitched just right. Will definitely continue with your other workouts when my foot is heeled! ❤

    I have a boot on and I can take it off for abdominal workouts where I don’t put weight on my foot. Did u wear a brace of some sort when u injured your fifth metatarsal? Eg. Not a boot but like a lace up brace for some support? Thanks!!

      I kept my boot on most of the day rather than a lace up brace because my doctor recommended keeping the boot on as much as possible :)

    Hi, I’ve had sciatica for months now. Please could you show me some more strengthening exercises as I also have fibromyalgia & the sciatica is in the main leg affected by fibromyalgia? Many thanks 😊

      Also can you please tell me what exercises I can do to build muscle where when I was in more severe fibromyalgia pain I lost muscle mass? 😊💪

      Hi there, thanks for reaching out!! I am unfamiliar with exercises that will help, I'm sorry! I will continue uploading hurt foot workouts here and there but I'd recommend seeing a physical therapist who should be able to help way more:)
