So grateful for this! I broke my lower leg in 2 places and tore ligaments a little over 3 months ago. Surgery was needed and 2 full months of no weight bearing... This was my first physical activity aside from walking since the injury. I'm excited to bring yoga back into my routine and to help me strengthen back up after such a long recovery.

I’m usually a very active person but I fractured my foot 3 weeks ago and it’s been REALLY hard on me. This video pulled me out of the funk I’ve been in! This is the best I’ve felt in weeks! You deserve everything good that has ever happened to you James!

First yoga session 10 weeks post ankle surgery with plates and pins. I did it on my bed and it was a great way to alleviate any pain points so I really enjoyed the entire flow! Will do every day - happy to find you!

THANK YOU for this video! I've had a daily yoga practice up until I had foot surgery 5 and a half weeks ago. I found this wonderful video of yours that has allowed me to return to my yoga mat and start to regain lost flexibility and muscle. I really appreciate you for taking the time to make this video. I really enjoyed stretching and moving again. Hopefully I will be back up to speed and doing standing vinyasa yoga in the coming weeks.

Thank you for this, broke my ankle rock climbing and I still need my yoga. One thing I had difficulty with was rolling over the knees from child’s pose to cobra as I have an old knee injury that likes to act up. Maybe suggest a modification to stay in child’s pose instead
