    Thank you ! I have a torn ligament in my ankle and have gained 5 lbs in a month out of fear of doing any movements. Found your video and it was so helpful! 😊felt so good to just be moving and breathing today!

    Thank you for the great seated yoga exercise! I am 6 weeks out from foot surgery and slowly transitioning out of a walking boot. This was a great stretching flow to release stiffness while protecting my foot.
