    I tore my Achilles a couple months ago. Once I realized how long the road to recovery would be I was determined to maintain good health in the meantime. Thank you for posting videos like this that can help and inspire people like me.

    Thank you SO MUCH for this hurt foot workout! I tripped and fell two days ago and am now in a boot with peroneal tendinitis. I workout everyday so I was really bummed about not being able to bear any weight on my foot. This was great! Much appreciated!

    Do your hurt foot workouts all include weights like this one? I really liked that aspect and am out for about three months post ankle surgery.
