    Had chronic rectovaginal fistulas. Sick for 7 years, bedridden for 4!!
    And today I can sit, drive, exercise and live!!

    Tibial plateau fracture 16 months ago, 12 months later proximal tibiofibular joint injury finally diagnosed upon unresolved pain, 9 weeks ago proximal tibiofibular joint reconstruction. It has been quite a year and a half, 30 weeks on crutches. Finding you, Lindsay, and your content has been a real blessing in my long fight to maintain strength. Thank you for being part of my recovery!

    I’ve had chronic pain in my feet for over a year and the doctors are struggling to find out what the problem is. I’ve been discouraged because I can’t workout like I want to. But then I found this video and it felt so good to move and strengthen my body today. Thank you ❤

    Thanks for all your workouts. I too had a slight injury on my knee. Dr basically told me to live with the pain and try PT. Every time you post some type of movement you're doing for your knee i try it too. Thankfully my knee pain is starting to get better. The pain is less intense now and I truly think its from channeling you. You are THE BEST!!

    Great - added this workout with the one you did live in your previous house (the last one there, you said). I feel great afterwards. Recovering from a tibia fracture and exterior knee ligament tear. Really running out of patience after 9.5 weeks on crutches 😢 Working out and going for walks keeps me sane and from crying/yelling at my family. Thanks for these workouts!

    I had L hip labrum surgery 8 weeks ago and am now allowed to start doing banded resistance and glute bridges so this was perfect for me. As a cyclist and weight lifter recovery has been difficult as I was not able to bear weight for 3 weeks and am still not able to do any weighted lower body training. Thanks for providing workouts for the injured!

    I really needed this workout! I have just started walking and weight bearing again after 3 months of being on crutches due to a metatarsal Jones fracture. This type of workouts are ideal as I can't go back to heavy weight lifting and squats, compound movements until I have rebuilt some strength and flexibility in my left ankle and foot! I hope you are now well and truly out the other side of your injury and recovery :0)

    Great leg workout!! It was challenging. Especially the one arm chest press with lower leg. Hard time staying balanced. I did start out with 20lbs but had to drop down to 15 for that workout.
    Loved using different equipment!

    I love this one and I'm not even injured... I think this will be a go to workout on the days I don't feel like jumping around bit still feel like moving and doing something challenging!
    Also amazing for when/if injured. I tore my ACL in my volleyball days and I would have loved having this to do on top of my physical therapy

    Really enjoyed this workout. I’m currently down with a stress fracture mid-shin in my left leg. It’s been a struggle to find workouts that are challenging and engaging, so your mat and seated workouts have been a huge help!

    Thank you for posting this video. My situation is different--I fractured my kneecap falling off an e-bike. The bottom third of the kneecap was shattered and unsalvageable. As a result, the surgeon had to shorten the patella tendon to bind it to the repair of the upper 2/3 of the kneecap. So for 5 weeks, besides no weight bearing, I was only given 30 degree bend in the knee. Just 3 days ago the ban on weight bearing was lifted which has made my life so much easier, and now I've been granted a 60 degree bend in that knee. By the end of my PT yesterday I am already there and now have to beg the doctor to allow more.! I look forward to achieving the 90 degree bend . I have been diligent about daily exercise and am very motivated to heal and get back to playing pickleballl, DESPITE my surgeon's insinuations that that is NOT going to happen. Fortunately my PT is VERY optimistic and encouraging. I might add that I am 73 and do not have sturdy bones BUT I am very flexible, have good stamina AND good upper-body strength and I'm thin. All those factors were a blessing as I had to make my way back to the U.S. from Germany without meds in my condition the day after the accident. I am truly blessed!

    I have a torn meniscus they don’t not want to do surgery on me but it’s been three weeks and I’m still very up and down with it I love your knee brace can you tell me where you got it I’ve looked at several different ones but I love the one you’re wearing in your workouts because it seems like it’s a full link when I can actually wear it over my leggings thank you

    Made it to circuit 4 did a gluten bridge lower down and the press once and then I remembered why I Hate getting on the floor. Instant migraine good workout till that point for myself the constant switching legs and sitting up then laying flat then up is what triggers it for me. But did enjoy it!!

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. czcams.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    Hi, can you tell me what brace that is? I am 4 weeks out from a lateral meniscus root repair and that looks like a nice "next option" after the giant straight leg brace. Would you share what it is? Also, very grateful for your knee friendly content. This has been a bear, and I appreciate your positivity and the opportunity to move.

    I have a question, when I try and get into a low squat stretch position I can't keep my feet fully on the ground? My heels lift up. Am I doing something wrong. Do I need to stretch more or is it just not everyone can?

    question: in your sweet potato muffin recipe is there an alternative to the sweet potato part you can use? I can't have that much potassium but love the recipe.

      I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t be able to do this workout, depending how far along you are! You may not want to lay on your stomach! I would say let your body be your barometer…it will quickly tell you what it does not like! Lastly, if you are very hesitant, show the workout to your doctor and they can quickly tell you if they foresee it as an issue! Best of luck to you!

    I have to agree with @teresapapanikolas5725 and say this was a very humbling working! This is the first time I did as part of the 2 week barre/Pilates program and I just died. My hip flexors, abductors and triceps were screaming! I don’t know how you do it, Lindsey - even with an injury you just always make us say: Holy Bananas!
