As a busy mom I’m all about quick and effective home workouts! I truly feel that doing the physically hard stuff makes you more capable of handling all the mentally challenging things that come at you daily. I don’t film workout videos to give you six pack abs or a nice butt. I film workout videos because I know fitness makes me a better wife, mother, friend and human and I want to share that with you.

Holy stinking bananas! Finally got to complete day 10 after being out of town for 8 days - during which I did Zero30 workouts almost every day and they are awesome, too! What a start with those burpee deadlifts! What an ending with that ladder! Loved all of it! Can't wait to repeat the program.

I had knee surgery so it's hard to do the ones where you have to bend your knee 90 degrees and also difficult to drive my knee into the ground. Do you have alternate exercise that I can use for these tight hips?
Hard to say it was fun, but in some ways it was. Big smile on my face as I finished round 1 and start round 2 ! Can't wait to see the progress I can make
Second time through the program and went up in weights! Had to do fewer reps, but I'm pumped I could go up - always scared to not stay 'in time' with Lindsay and Rachel, but 'you do you' and I feel stronger for it! Woo Hoo!
