    ✔️ Begin with Rep Challenge
    ✔️ 2 Giant Sets (4 exercises per set)
    ✔️Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)

    I’m 76, there were a few times I had to go slower, but got through it all. Used 10, 12,15 weights, adjusted accordingly to my ability. I like the variety!

    Holy stinkin bananas!!! Legs are jello, HR is high, and sweat is drippingggg!! NML- you about took me OUT with that 3 min burn out round!! Oof😅😅😅

    My husband and I ate our frogs this morning. 😉 Loved all of the compound moves in the strength portion! Lunge, swing, press was probably my favorite.     Oh this one was soo sweaty!! Loved it! I had a baby in november and i saw a note i had made in january about how proud i was for completing a whole workout with 7.5 lb dumbbells. Now I'm on 17.5s! Thank you lindsey and rachel ❤

    Phew 😮‍💨 I LOVED when Lindsey reminded us we were building strength AND athleticism. As a former college athlete, that’s one of the main reasons I love doing NML workouts. At the beginning of the year I was using 10s and sometimes 15s. Now I’m consistently using 15s and breaking out the 20s here and there 💪🏻 Definitely went down to 10s for “the big one” 😂

    I have really been looking forward to the start of the build 30. I love working out with Lindsay and Racheal. I first found Lindsay through GHUTV. I have always enjoyed working out with you Lindsay. As I’ve gotten older, obviously I’ve become a little slower. So I did find some of these moves a little hard to keep up with when I’m using heavier weights. But I have also learned how to modify on my own. So I’m still getting the benefit, but maybe not quite as fast as you guys. Just trying to stay mobile and strong through my 60s. Thank you again Lindsay I think you are amazing and such a great influence on your generation to be strong women!

    I had a really hard week…I had to file a police report and go no contact with my husband of almost 10 years. We have 3 young sons. So after being an emotional mess yesterday, I woke up early today and knocked this out. If I can make it through a Lindsey and Rachel strength workout, I can make it through the big life changes ahead of me.

    My legs are D.O.N.E 🥵 This was very challenging but also so motivating to make it through. I cannot imagine if it would've been a 5 minute burnout at the end.     Out of all ten, this first one was the toughest. I have a tear in the ligament in my hip socket so my hips get really tight. The next morning my hips felt great. Between the war up and the curtsy lunge that really did the trick. Love you guys.

    This was an awesome workout! I love the format-and 20 minutes is just the right length on strength before the burnout. My favorite move was the double dumbbell squat rack, squat rack, squat press, squat press. Thanks for your team's hard work on this!

    Just finished my 4th time doing Strong 20, and felt so proud of myself for keeping up with Lindsey the whole time (usually I have to follow Rachel most of the time). Saw this new program and was excited to try it…. Phew! It felt like I had never worked out in my life 😅 such a good challenge to keep me building towards my “strong mom goals” ❤ thanks NML!!

    Absolutely LOVED this!!! I’ve been having a hard time staying motivated with an infant waking up too many times to count at night, and having all of my kids home for summer- but this was SO much fun and made me feel so accomplished! Can’t wait for tomorrow!! Thank you!!!

    Oh my gosh, how did I feel strong but weak at the same time during this workout?! Quick intermission for me after the first giant set because my toddler woke up and wouldn't settle for dad. Proud I actually finished the workout once I got her to back to sleep!

    WOW!! Hoping when I go home I'll be able to pick up the pieces of legs left behind this morning. That was hard but so stinking amazing! And I think I'm just going to rank as a 5 on the Holy Bananas Scale. I mean I was doing ok-ish till that 3 minute burner and then it got all kinds of crazy.     At 56, I’d completed 3 rounds of Stronger 25, and was ready to move up, but wow, this was crazy - in the best way!! Thank you for constant reminders that we can do it - I really needed that motivation today!! I finished with mostly 10s, but went up to 15s for a few.

    I can't believe i just completed that workout with mostly 15 and then10 pound dumbbells at the end!!! I started doing your workouts post-partum with 5 pound dumbbells a year and a half ago and can't believe how much stronger I am now

    So proud of myself for finishing this one and doing everything!
    Two things:
    One of the best ways to build forearm strength is to build grip strength and to do mobility work on your forearm and wrists. I would look at gymnastics, aerialists or climbers for ideas And keep with the pull-Ups
    Rachael: I cannot agree with you more about how I would rather do squat thrusters then squat holds.

    This is my fourth week of consistent workouts with different programs from your channel! I could tell a difference by week 2 in how I was feeling and even looking different. I just finished this workout( minus the burnout due to physical reasons) and holy bananas that was a different mountain to climb with y'all but we made it!! I'm so thankful that I found you guys(via Kara&Nate's youtube channel) and I'm excited for the journey to continue!!

    Wow! This was 🔥! But I loved every minute of the challenge. Thank you for putting this new workout together, NML crew! My favorite new exercise was the swinging lunch and drive. I could feel my abs working in tandem with EVERYTHING else. 😂

    Doing Build 30 the second time around & im so happy to say I was able to complete day 1 with 12lb dumbbells !

    Wow! Never knew I could sweat that much!😅 Wasn't sure I could do it, but I DID!! My arms aren't as strong as legs ,but I was able to stick with my 15lbs weights rotating between modification with Rachel and Lindsey. What a great feeling when I finished. Excited for the rest of the program
