Hi everyone! I hope you enjoy this 15 minute full body hurt foot workout! This is a seated workout so make sure you have a sturdy chair near by :) This workout is a non weight bearing workout and great if you have a lower body injury but also a great workout if you are looking for something that is low impact and in a chair or on the floor! I hope you enjoy and if you are hurt, I hope you have a speedy recovery! :)
Thanks for working out with me!
xoxo,

hey, love your videos and energy! i broke my ankle and need to be non weight bearing for minimum 8 weeks (halfway through now…) but i have been told by doctors that resting the foot on the floor counts as ‘weight bearing’ and actually needs to be avoided… so just wanted to say that maybe this whole workout shouldn’t be promoted as non-weight bearing
y’all be careful not too hurt your foot while recovering
Oh really??? My doctor said I can rest my foot on floor.
This was so great, thank you. Had ankle surgery 8 weeks ago and was feeling so lethargic and unable to motivate myself to do anything except survive daily life with kids and work. But today I start on the journey of getting fit again. This was the perfect kick-starter!
Literally binge watching all of these thanks so much!!
I broke a few bones in my foot and needed surgery. I’m non-weight bearing for 2 months. Thank you so much for the workouts and for lifting my spirits!❤️💪
Thank you! Your boot workouts came just in time!!!
Thank you for providing such a thoughtful and inclusive workout 🙏
Thank you for the hurt foot workout. By any chance do you have a calendar of the hurt foot workouts?
Thanks for this! I am recovering from a foot surgery. While I can be weight bearing and am in walking boot, I’m unable to do standing workouts so this was perfect. I added light hand weights on some moves for an extra sweat. 🙏🏾
I would love to see more of these workouts!!
There are some good moves here in the chair, but too many put weight on my recovering foot/ankle, so I had to opt out.
Thank you these are so helpful, with a broken foot.
I have broken foot and I’m in a boot, thank you for this it will help me stay in shape until I heal 🙏
This was awesome! I'm 2 weeks post 3D Lapiplasty (bunion surgery) plus a tendon release between my big and 2nd toe and the back of my calf. Thank you so much for helping me to keep up with my fitness goals! Hugs!❤
my sister in law just had bunion surgery so I sent her here as well! Hope you get stronger and enjoy these while you heal quickly :)
Thank you so much for this❤
I hope your recovery is going well most gorgeous Fitnessa! Keep up the great workouts! :0)
Thank you so much!! I’m thankfully much better now and don’t have to wear my boot but I think I will throw a couple hurt foot workouts in here and there because I know they were so helpful when I couldn’t do as much! ☺️
I love that you are providing this routine, please make more to have some variety to stay active even with an ankle sprain. As you mentioned in the beginning of the video, it is important to stay stronger and joyful. 😃 I hope you recover soon and good ✨
Thank you for the sweet comment ❤ I hope you heal quickly as well and I'm glad you're enjoying this. I'll be making more injury workouts soon so stay tuned :)
Hello! 63 year old woman here! I workout almost everyday doing something whether it's jogging or weights or walking. I missed a step in a dark restaurant and tore my ankle ligament. Boooooooo!!! lol. I thought this would be an easy workout but it was very good! heart rate up and felt it in my abs. I also have a neck full of metal so would love to see some ab workouts that are easy on the neck. Thank you so much for your videos!! and btw...what did you do to your foot????
Hi, thx so much for doing these hurt foot workouts, I broke my foot playing vball a week and a half ago, so I’ve been trying to keep doing workouts, and these r really helpful!!
Thanks for the feedback and for the comments! I'm so glad you enjoy these workouts and I hope your foot heals quickly! I will work on creating a workout that's a little tougher soon ;)
great exercises! some floor exercises are weight bearing. Not able to do with broken ankle bones.
I’ve got a tibial plateau fracture and I’m really impressed with your hurt foot routines. I’m looking at a long rehab and I can use or adapt almost all of what you suggest and stay non weight bearing but still get some work in. Thanks a bunch!
Wow thank you so much! I'm so glad you are able to do these and I hope that you recover well and quickly :)
This is exactly what I needed - I have severe plantar fasciitis but so fed up with not being able to move 😢 so this was great !
You got this! I'm glad you enjoyed it and were able to do it!! :)
I broke my ankle so this is helpful to see some ideas on exercises to keep myself moving. Thanks! ❤
You got this!
Thank you for this!!! I have a trimalleolar fracture- so 3 broken bones, and a torn ligament. Had to have plates and screws put in. Going on week 6
you are so close to the end!! I hope you have a speedy recovery!!
Fifth metatarsal avulsion fracture here!! You’re saving me!
Aw I’m so glad!! I hope you heal fast. I’ll post more so subscribe to stay notified ☺️
@@fitnessa1 subscribed today yes - so glad I found u!!!
How long did you ice foot? I broke 5th metatarsal three weeks ago. So much pain. I’m in a boot and will try your video starting today About how long before you had less pain:/
I iced my foot for a long time! I think for 6 weeks, especially when I was on it a little more in the day I could feel it was a little swollen so I would ice it a couple times during the week but in the beginning every day! I hope you feel better and heal quickly! It took 2 weeks before I didn't have much pain so hopefully that's where you're at now :)
@fitnessa1 just wanted to know I got a 5th metatarsal fracture as well I'm doing everything to get back to normal. Just found your video hope they help for me to heal faster
I just had my ankle replaced.
I hope you heal quickly and enjoy these videos in the meantime :)
do you really have injuries or is it just a dummy for training purposes?
I broke my fifth metatarsal playing soccer in April so thankfully I’m healed now (still taking it easy) but I had a few workouts I enjoyed doing while injured so I thought I’d strap the boot back on and share :)
What can I do for calf?? My calf has gone to zip in just three weeks with this 5th meta break :/. Any advice ???
My only complaint is the workouts should be harder;/
I will try to make the next one harder ❤
Thx@@fitnessa1 can't wait!
