Reading all these comments about knee and ankle injuries. Then there's me just doing this because I'm too lazy to do a standing workout after being on my feet all day at work but wanting to strengthen my upper body a bit. Loved this so much and it's actually attainable for me to do on work days!

I have recently been injured with a ruptured achilles tendon(5 days ago) So upper body exercises to make me stronger on the upper arms, reduce lower belly fat, strengthen core, for right leg, or just to keep me fit because of poor mobility because of injury as mentioned.
I dislocated my knee but I also started working out a few weeks ago so thank you ❤

Thx for the video. I am a regular sports lady, but suddenly sitting at home with a broken ankle… Good to have a short series of exercises that I can do a couple of times a day without straining my ankle.

Hi. Am getting back to exercising after being immobile for nearly 5 months because of spine and knee damage. The universe brought me here and I am so grateful. Clear instructions , no nonsense, no verbal diarrhea stretching out the video unnecessarily. Thank you very much. I looked through the list of your other videos, and couldn't figure out what else to try. Would it be possible to indicate which might be okay for obese beginners to do? Maybe create a playlist of videos for those starting out, or starting afresh after health issues. Many thanks and every good wish. Guys, ensure you warm up and cool down before and after working out. I had muscle pull/ strain last night on both of my legs and the major cause is lack of proper warm up. I'm in a workout streak and this upper body will ensure my legs heal up due to the tear I had on my muscles. So grateful for the workout, it ensured a streak not missed..... it was perfect engaging the upper body.

i got ankle surgery a few weeks ago. i've gained 40 lbs over the past year and have been really not feeling great about it. i'm hoping to try this tomorrow to help motivate myself to get into better shape again without messing with any healing i need to do.

I absolutely love this work out! I’m a little older, and just started working out again. I have been looking some for some thing on CZcams exactly like this. After many other videos, I found this absolutely perfect for what I’m wanting. Can you do this work out every day or do you recommend limiting it to two or three times a week? Thank you again!

You don't say what weight dumbbells you should start out with (assuming you can add weight as you increase in strength). What do you suggest?
