This is the hardest workout i ever did 😅,but it did help me lose weight. I'm a South Indian and all we deal with is White rice. I managed to eat mindfully and a little more fiber veggies and fruits And just did this workout 5 times a week. I lost 4 kgs in a month. Makesure you're consistent 😉

I started this 2 days ago and I'll update my weight in a month. I am a beginner so first 2 days I haven't completed the whole workout. (also please note I am taking care of my eating habit and do other workouts if I find time or get motivated)
