    The reverse burpee is not for me for now, the best workout I felt like a drop of sweat was running, I will continue using these cardio to lose weight.

    Actually I was doing a workout (of 45 mins but I would do only half way)before this of another account and after few days I check my weight with the hope I would be 1 kg less but I gained 2 kg more💀(cus I have been eating sugar am not a person who is addicted to sugar I just ate for few days with ma frnds)so I was hella angry and sad at the same time I checked for a intense workout and found this because of the anger I had i did it half way and straight went to ma dms and ma cousin (whome I share this link to her ) she said nobody can do it in first time,like in one stretch and to prove that I can I went back to ma workout and did the other half(I CAN'T WALK NOW)And today I did it again so I'll keep informing June-13th-✅ i was dead and can't even lift ma hands June-14th-✅

    I see nothing improper. It is not like you are on bikini. We are exercising, with our natural body figure. Be proud of yourself, and not find fault where there isn't. Are we supposed to exercise with winter coat or full body armour on us? I mean, don't mind the negative weird responses, thanks for an excellent workout.
