i work out every day HIIT training for years and I averaged nearly 280 cal burned for this workout. this is different for everyone though :)
It’s a pity that there is no alternative to jumping lunges in the third round. It's hard for me to repeat this
I loved it except for the burpees and high knees right behind eachother. It KILLED me. Sorry if I call you a bitch during my work outs, I don't mean it.
