    Amazing exercising, I usually don't like to do jumping but with this video I really liked it and it is definitely a body relaxing exercise. Added to my favorites list. New follower of the channel, keep it up 🙌👌🏼

      i work out every day HIIT training for years and I averaged nearly 280 cal burned for this workout. this is different for everyone though :)

    It’s a pity that there is no alternative to jumping lunges in the third round. It's hard for me to repeat this

    I loved it except for the burpees and high knees right behind eachother. It KILLED me. Sorry if I call you a bitch during my work outs, I don't mean it.
