Can’t do a lot of these but maybe some day. What kind of fracture did u have in your fifth metatarsal - jones or avulsion fracture? And how long did it take u to be able to do the work out you’re doing now post injury? Thank youuuuuuu
Ya know, the doctor never actually told me the type. I asked but he didn’t specify between those. It looks more in the place of an avulsion fracture though. I broke it back in mid March so it’s been quite a while! I was in a boot for 7 weeks I think and then continued to take it slow for months after. I’m finally adding stuff back in but still being cautious and not doing any sudden moves or jumping :)
