- This workout is a 6 minute quick but effective ab workout that can be done everyday to get stronger and more toned ab and core muscles! When doing core exercises - make sure to keep your back flat on the floor and don't let it arch up (which could cause back pain). Instead, think about a string pulling your belly button down to the floor (this should help :)) If you find your back still arching, stop (and do a different move), or modify the exercise so you can best protect yourself!
