- This workout targets those calves that are sometimes oh so forgotten! Only about 5 minutes and a few different exercises - you do not need any equipment and there is no jumping. Repeat this workout for an even bigger burn, add it to the end of your workout for the day, or do it on its own and notice how your calves become stronger and leaner!! Thanks! I'm 53 and have never had defined calf muscles. In 2012 I wrecked a land on my BMX bicycle and split my tibia from the top to about 7" down, then it broke off sideways. Horrible. 3 knee surgeries later my knee is deformed and scared, but functional. It's always bothered me that my inner calf on that side atrophied and never came back. I'm going to do this workout every day if I can. I'll keep you posted on results. 💪
