Thank you, I used paper clips my first time. I took it up again using CI pics. I did pick a D3 and an M5. However, I seem to struggle SPP the transparent lock, although I can easily rake it.

How? I neither feel any particular feedback nor hear the click when the pin sets. Bear in mind that I have managed to open the transparant practice lock and one other a few times. I can't tell any difference when I do things right and when I do things wrong.

I wonderr how many people watched this and overset all of their pins thinking they might be serrated pins so they didnt let off after getting a click and got frustrated and threw their lock across the room and their picks in a drawer...

I Thought of this Tool in 2013, On Lockpicking101, I Mention it Would Be Nice For Kwikset, Schlage, and Master Padlocks, As they can't Be Dissembled. and Said Lishi Would Be a Good Company to do this. Lishi only Did Wafer Locks, Didn't even do Tibbe yet, I think Replies Said, If it could be done, would already be Done. Or, Short answer is No, And Keyway may not allow it, 6 Years Later, Lishi Came out with 3 2 in 1 Pick Decoders for, You guessed it, Schlage, Kwikset and Master Padlock. I go by Stratmando, I Screenshot, and saved in case Post was Removed or Lost. Always Wondered if Lishi Read my Post and went to work to Produce it, Now they make Many Pin Tumbler Pick Decoders, Would Love for Lishi to send me the Complete Set(Not Likely). I Have 20 or more now, The M1 allows old Padlocks with no keys to be put back to use. Is a Very Cool Tool. I Got No Credit, and No Money😢 Have Many Cool Inventions, Can't Find a Good Lawyer or a Way to Take Ideas Further Stratecic Electric & Security Randy

Here in the UK the most common cylinder profile is the Yale 1A. It looks a bit like your KW1 there. But do you know if one of the different types might br a better fit for our Yale 1A ?

Thank you so so so much for the visual. It extremely difficult for me to learn and I think a lot of people when almost all of the videos tell you what to do without seeing what to do visually so you can apply that in your mind. I love how you teach us the details. People like lock picking lawyer say do this and this and this but when you go to do it you run into all these problems. It might be nice for views and content and get people interested in locksport but they’re horrible for teaching. His videos are like TikTok in preschool and yours are like going to collage.

The multipick cutaway locks have pinning kits that come with hollow pins (there's a small hole on one side of the pin, it's not drilled through, so that way it is different to pin-in-pin or telescopic technology), does anyone know how those work? Do hollow pins interact with T-Pins somehow, are they used in combination?

Simple note to forensic locksmith fans: I can tell that this cylinder has been bumped a lot. Note where the shoulder of the key comes in contact with the cylinder. It shows marks from shoulder being slammed into the cylinder face.
