LockPickingLawyer recently announced in video 1365 that Bosnian Bill is retiring from CZcams. He has influenced lock sport tremendously over the past 14 years and I would like to say thank you for helping grow our hobby. Running a channel over the long term is not and easy task and I am happy to hear that Bosnian Bill will now be able to spend more time with his family where his attention matters most.
I struggle as well trying to keep up with videos but we all just need to remember that we are doing this for fun and we should not stress over making videos. I have been putting less focus on making videos currently due to personal circumstances but I do not plan to go anywhere.

_BosnianBill_ is extremely entertaining *and* informative. Him and other channels like his sparked up my love of the hobby again after 10+ years. At least we still have the thousands of videos he's created.

I was hoping you would do this. I wanted to do it myself but you always do such a fine job. BosnianBill was the original reason I started my locksport journey and why I learned so much. He always cared about his supporters and shared an immense amount of information with us. I completely understand why he is retiring from YT. It's a LOT of work especially when you make such awesome videos like he did. I wish him all the very best. I will do my best to continue and share what I learned from him. Those are big shoes to fill but I hope to posses the skills he has some day. I'd like to share a couple of very important things he taught me, "ALWAYS USE A SHIM", and "IF WHAT YOUR DOING ISN'T WORKING, TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT". Late but adding my "Thanks and Godspeed" to BosnianBill here. He reignited my interest in locksport with his being so unashamedly real and down to earth people. I totally understand his reason for retiring which only reinforces my admiration for him.

Great tribute and appreciation video to Bill. He's impacted so many people and it's such a shame the way he's had to bow out but very much understandable.

Congratulations on the birth of the son This is news to me very big congratulations and I hope that everything goes well with the house renovations for you. I also understand why you hadn't got back with me if you really wanted one of those challenge locks or not that I've been making. You definitely got a lot going on sir and with school, your videos helped me out and I look forward to any updating of your home school lock picking videos. I have to admit the whole challenge lock is what caught my attention when Bosnian Bill was doing those and just seeing all the different type of pins and locks that people were making had me curious. I think that's what kind of planted the first seed on me making challenge locks. There have been a lot of people in the community that has inspired me as well as gave me inspiration and helped me along the way. You sir one of them and they are many more. It's a great video I look forward to you next one

A great philosophy for Locksport. I know that I have been caught up in the mindset of having to keep making videos to keep up with other Locksports and having my family or health suffer. Well said man, I've a 18 month at home who takes up all of my time. Any spare time I had before his arrival for picking and making videos is as good as gone... and I wouldn't have it any other way! Family absolutely comes first, you only get to experience these early years once! Congratulations on becoming a father and I hope you get to welcome your son home soon ❤

After all the Videos Put out By You, Bosnian, LPL, Locknoob, and the Many other Talented Craftsman out there. Seems most in Locks and Picking has been covered by now. On May 26th 2013, I mentioned on Lockpicking101, it would be nice if a Company like Lishi made a Tool to Decode Master Padlocks as they can't be dissembled, and Also a Lishi to pick the Schlage and Kwikset, was told if it could be done, someone would have already done it by now. Or it not likey even work, then in 2019(6 years later), Lishi came out with their first Pin Tumbler 2 in 1 Picks, by Strange Coincidence, they Introduced the Schlage, Kwikset, and Master Pick/Decoders. I am the last to say everything has been thought of. Curious what the Future will bring in Locks, Tools, and Bypassing.
In "Back to the Future 4", they may show LPL saying "In my Video 27,644 I show how to open the Unpickable Retinal Lock".
Will miss Bosnian, Bet if something Interesting came out, am sure(hope) he would Chime in.

The pick I use in my video was made by Jason Carlson. There are people who make and sell fancy picks if you wanted to buy one
