As a former AAA I could bypass locks faster than most could pick them but have never seen anyone do an ignition. If I get the chance I'm going to a junkyard and poke around.

I don't really like them You can usually get by with a short hook and several different thickness top of keyway tensioners.
You can try Peterson, Sparrow, Southord, Multipick, etc
East coast Canada? Cape Cod?
