Moist Strawberry Shortcake | wa's Kitchen
In France the cake I miss most is the strawberry shortcake. Having said that, you can get your hands on strawberries pretty much everywhere. So let's enjoy this japanese shortcake at home! Give it a try!

Ingredients (in a 15cm cake mold) :
- 3 eggs
- 10g unsalted butter
- 15g heavy cream
- 70g cake flour
- 80g sugar
- 5 to 6g glucose syrup
- 380g heavy cream
- 38g sugar
- 1 tsp cremfix (if your cream has less than 35% fat)
For the syrup
- 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp water

@wasKitchen If you were born with a wonderful week I myself saw a sowing here watching several CZcams videos saying that the Pereira only germinated after 28 days I thought it was absurd Then the sowing that I planted, I waited for these days and it didn't grow.Then I planted another seed in that Styrofoam package of sliced cheese Then I put it on the napkin to cover it And then every day I spray it with water until the seed germinar

I am not sure how long, but it is actually quick. Depend on the room temperature though...

I made this recipe. The noodles are strong. I boiled them instead of steaming. They boiled nicely. No breakage. The texture was also nice. They have a nice bite. Thank you for this recipe. 🙏

i would call this watermelon ice cream cause you added cream in there but it looks good :)
soooo good! I added an additional 10grams of kinako and subbed the coconut oil for more more butter. I then added sesame seeds on top to get roasted when I baked the cookies. ❤
