Best & Easy Beef Adobo | Filipino Recipe | Adobong Baka | wa's Kitchen

When I was living in Hong Kong there is this philippino dish we had every now and then. The meat becomes so soft it is a pleasure. Enjoy with rice!

Ingredients (for 5 people) :
- 1.2kg beef (i used chuck steak)
- 3 onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- 60ml soy sauce
- 60ml apple cider vinegar
- 40ml balsamico vinegar
- 60g brown sugar
