Christmas is getting closer so we need a lot of Christmas spirit. With its gingerbread notes this tiramisu cream topped cake will get you there in no time. Enjoy its original taste!

Ingredients (for a 20cm diameter ring) :
For the bottom cookie
-100g unsalted butter
- 150g cake flour
- 100g confectioner’s sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 15g almond powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Kahlua milk
- 2 tsp instant coffee
For the topping cream
- 160g heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 80g black sugar
- 250g mascarpone
- some chocolate to shave
