Polish Apple Cake | wa's Kitchen

There was this restaurant, I can't remember where, they used to make such nice apple crumble. It is very interesting how the cake is layered. Enjoy it with ice cream or whipped cream on top!

Ingredients (in a removable bottom 18x18cm mould) :
- 180g cake flour
- 120g unsalted butter
- 30g almond powder
- 80g sugar
- 2 egg yokes
- a dash of salt
- 3 to 4 apples
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 to 4 tbsp sugar
- 8g unsalted butter
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tbsp sugar
