Parisian Flan | wa's Kitchen

Custard tart is called flan in France. It is a classic of the cakes you can find in Patisserie shops. I walked in many of them in Paris and even though it was not my favorite cake at first it got me to think differently about them. This style here is the one I prefer. I like it very much.

Ingredients :
- 120g all purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 60g+32g unsalted butter
- 50g cold water
- 1 tsp vodka
- 300g whole milk
- 200g heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- some vanilla powder
- 25g corn starch
- 75g sugar
