Egg Drop Soup Pasta | Spaghetti Recipe Ideas | wa's Kitchen

My son asked me to cook a variation of spaghetti that is not really spaghetti. I was puzzled but I came out with this kind of "oyako" pasta :-)

Ingredients (for 1 person) :
- 320ml water
- 1 tsp dashi powder amzn.to/4aTARjb
- 1 tbsp mirin amzn.to/4aXX4fQ
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion
- a dash of salt
- 1 tsp potato starch amzn.to/3U3yBQn
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 150g pasta
