Oreo Raspberry Tiramisu | wa's Kitchen

A variation on the tiramisu base. This dessert recipe is simple to prepare and uses easy to buy frozen raspberry. Of course use fresh ones if you can! Enjoy!

Ingredients (for 6 to 7 cups) :
- 9 oreos biscuts (100g approx)
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 65g sugar
- 200g heavy cream
- 20g sugar
- 100g raspberry
- a little bit of white chocolate
- 2 oreos for decoration
- 12 to 14 raspeberries to decorate
