Mascarpone cheese is the authentic cream cheese to prepare real Italian Tiramisu. It's basically a cream cheese with a less acidic flavor. On Amazon, they sell very good authentic Italian Mascarpone, like this one amzn.to/4321QEd, while this one is very similar to Italian Mascarpone even if it is not amzn.to/439V3Ix. I have been making tiramisu for 50+ years. When my kids were little, they did not like the coffee flavor, so I made it with Mexican hot chocolate instead, and it was a huge hit at sleepovers. Once I made two versions for a large neighborhood party, and we did a side-by-side taste test. Among 30+ tasters, 100% preferred the Mexican chocolate version over the espresso. I have never looked back, though I do pay homage to the original by decorating the top with chocolate covered espresso beans.

To be honest, this recipe is good, but the fly in the ointment is that the yolk and egg white of the egg are mixed without any sterilization process, which will bring great food hygiene risks. Hi! Thank you for reaching out! I appreciate your question, and I'm here to help you troubleshoot the issue. These are the steps: Beat the egg yolks with a mixer, adding only half the sugar. Once the mixture is clear and frothy and the mixer is still running, you can add the mascarpone cheese little by little. In this step, you will never obtain a whipped mixture, like whipped cream, but you will get a thick cream. Hope this can help you. Let me know!

Put the egg yokes in a double boiler, and mix until pale yellow. Just make sure not to scramble them.

Да, это правда, но тирамису - древний десерт, он не основан на том, как продают маскарпоне в супермаркетах! А потом я решил приготовить Тирамису на 4 порции!
Однако можно умножить все на 4/3 и получится 5-6 порций.

Je suis désolée mais dans les blancs en neige on ajoute une pincée de sel sinon si on mets du sucre ça sera trop sucré il faut aussi penser a ça sinon ça sera dégueulasse désolée de le dire😡
C'est la recette traditionnelle de ma famille, et je ne la trouve pas trop sucrée, cependant chacun a ses goûts, la quantité totale de sucre doit être répartie entre les jaunes d'œufs et les blancs d'œufs.
En plus le vrai tiramisu ce fait avec des chablis ou avec des biscuits de Reims pas avec des boudoirs c'est du grand n'importe quoi encore une fois le vrai tiramisu il est fait en Italie 😡

Seriously?? raw eggs? it's safer if the yolks are cooked over double boiler,then mixed w/ the mascarapone,no nid to incorporate the eggwhites. Creamcheese beaten or blenderized w/ cream and lemon rind, is more economical than mascarapone...need to be practical and resourceful in these times....

The purpose of this channel is to share Italian recipes prepared in the traditional way, as they have been made in Italian families for decades. Modifications are possible but they are not original recipes. Soon, however, I will also publish the version of tiramisu with pasteurized eggs.
and Tiramisu with cream cheese and lemon is not authentic tiramisu, we can call it cheesecake but not Tiramisu.
