Ingredients :
- 90g milk chocolate
- 40g black chocolate
- 40g sugar
- 15g cocoa
- 450g milk
- 8 to 9g of gelatine sheets
- 150g heavy cream
For the topping :
- 100g heavy cream
- 10g sugar
- 2g cremfix (if your cream is less than 35% fat)
