Nuts Coffee Cake | wa's Kitchen

With a mix of nuts, we bring in a roasted flavour to an already delicious cake. As the name suggests, it is to be enjoyed with coffee. So what will it be for you, breakfast or tea time?

Ingredients :
- 20g unsalted butter
- 40g sugar
- 30g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
- 2*1 tsp amaretto liquor
- 10g cashew nuts
- 50g hazelnuts
For the cake base :
- 50g unsalted butter
- 40g sugar
- 1 egg
- 120g sour cream
- 100g cake flour
- a dash of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
