  • We call this "subuta" in japanese (vinegar pork) and my grandmother used to make it often when we were kids. Now this is a chinese version and the black vinegar taste makes it really stand out. Please give it a try!

    Ingredients :
    - 1/2 onion
    - 200g pork
    - 1 tbsp cooking sake or white wine
    - a dash of salt
    - some ginger
    For the sauce :
    - 1.5 tbsp black vinegar (chinkiang vinegar)
    - 1 tbsp soy sauce
    - 2 tbsp sugar
    - 1 tbsp water
    - 1/2 tsp potato starch
    - 1 tbsp water
    - some sesame oil (optional)
