Banana Cream Parfait | wa's Kitchen

Ingredients :
- 150g cake flour
- 75g sugar
- 75g unsalted butter
- 500g heavy cream
- 50g sugar
- 250g cream cheese (i used philadelphia)
- 6g cremfix if your cream is less than 35% fat
- 80g+260g banana
- 10g sugar (optional)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
