Salt 1g
Sugar 50g
Cake flour 90g

Vegetable oil 50g

If I did the calculations right:
- 5 eggs separated
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup sifted cake flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- additional 1/3 cup sugar for egg whites

Whats that sifted cake flour... Plz explain
SHAHID LATIF Cake flour is a soft wheat made for a tender crumb. It’s sold in the baking section in the grocery store in a box and is clearly labeled “cake flour”. If you are not in America you might have a harder time finding this specific product. You can Google ‘cake flour replacement’ if it’s not available to you.

Now i made the cake it was so soft and almost like a pillow it came out perfwct i used soyabean oil and i added vanilla extract with cinnamon and thank you my family loved it a lot and i felt to make them happy bcz i suffer from severe depression and they never saw me happy but today i made this then and covered it with chocolate ganache . I've made this recipe and it is a good one. Nice thought-out video. The ONLY thing I did differently was not to add the salt when whipping the yolks. Salt reduces the foaming of the yolks. So I added the salt in with the flour mixture...Just a small change that adds a tad more volume. Just my .02.

I tried it. It came out of the oven perfect. But at the moment I started rolling it, the brown layer got pasted on the baking paper😢. Also it is very sweet. And adding jam makes it super sweet. But I love your videos ❤

Стал ездить там, где мог пешком пройти, привык к мягкой постели, к нежной, сладкой пище, к роскошному убранству в доме, привык заставлять делать других, что сам можешь сделать, - и нет радости отдыха после труда, тепла после холода, нет крепкого сна и всё больше ослабляешь себя и не прибавляешь, а убавляешь радости и спокойствия и свободы.

@@awaniamartha1274 Not that I know of, sure it smells like raw dough in the beginning, like it should be, but after it's baked, it smells deliciously sweet :)
Was the cake eggy without any vanilla or flavorings? Im concerned about the about of eggs and the cake tasting too eggy!
