    If I did the calculations right:
    - 5 eggs separated
    - pinch of salt
    - 1/4 cup of sugar
    - 1 cup sifted cake flour
    - 1/2 tsp baking powder
    - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    - 1/3 cup milk
    - additional 1/3 cup sugar for egg whites
    Will give these measurements a try.

      SHAHID LATIF Cake flour is a soft wheat made for a tender crumb. It’s sold in the baking section in the grocery store in a box and is clearly labeled “cake flour”. If you are not in America you might have a harder time finding this specific product. You can Google ‘cake flour replacement’ if it’s not available to you.

    5بيضات نفصلو الصفار عن البياض ونطلع كل وحدة وحدها بقرصة ملح ونضيف 50g سكر للصفار و70gسكرللبياض تدريجيا ونطلع البياض حتى يطلع ثم نخلط الصفار مع البياض ونضيفو90gفرينة وزوج غرامات خمارة ونحي شوية ونديرو فاناء فيه 50gحليب و50gزيت نباتية ونخلطهو ونعاود نرجعهم مع كامل العجينة ونديرها170 درجة مدة 30دقيقة تاوعنا لي مفهمش راني كتبتها باش تفهمو 😍😍

    I have made this recipe over 15 times and there are never cracks! This is my favorite Swiss roll recipe an I will continue tu use it!
    Tip: I add vanilla extract to the egg yolk.

    Now i made the cake it was so soft and almost like a pillow it came out perfwct i used soyabean oil and i added vanilla extract with cinnamon and thank you my family loved it a lot and i felt to make them happy bcz i suffer from severe depression and they never saw me happy but today i made this then and covered it with chocolate ganache . Thank you

    ١/ صفار خمس بيضات مضاف لها سكر ٥٠ جرام سكر.

      I made it yesterday. The cake was very soft and tasty. I couldnt roll it propery. May be the thickness of my cake is little big because my pan was a 2kg cake tray. Thankyou for your recipe ❤

    I'm confused at the edge cutting part🙈
    Do you cut all four edges normally, then you cut again one side only diagonally after the initial cut?
    Also we roll from the part that was diagonally cut? And do we roll after it's cooled or right away?

    I've made this recipe and it is a good one. Nice thought-out video. The ONLY thing I did differently was not to add the salt when whipping the yolks. Salt reduces the foaming of the yolks. So I added the salt in with the flour mixture...Just a small change that adds a tad more volume. Just my .02.

    I tried it. It came out of the oven perfect. But at the moment I started rolling it, the brown layer got pasted on the baking paper😢. Also it is very sweet. And adding jam makes it super sweet. But I love your videos ❤
