Chocolate Cake with Tonka | Gluten Free | wa's Kitchen

I could get some Tonka beans and made a chocolate cake. While I was at it I made it gluten free and used chestnut flour. Enjoy its roasted taste!

Ingredients (for a 15cm diameter mould) :
- 90g milk chocolate
- 40g black chocolate
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3 eggs
- 105g unsalted butter
- 90g confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tonka bean
- 8 hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 20g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 18g chestnut flour
