Zucchini Pasta | Pasta Sauce | Easy Lunch Recipe | wa's Kitchen

Once a week I like to make dinner with a veggie focus. I got zucchini and fixed these pasta. It makes a great sauce and the kids love it. Please try it out!

Ingredients (for 5 people) :
- 80g garlic (5 or 6 cloves)
- 1.2kg zucchini (and a bit more to cut slices for topping)
- 2.5 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp balsamico vinegar
- 1 tsp or more salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- as much parmesan cheese as you like
