Great exercises for the hip and pelvis! Pain in the lower back is bothering me. Once I tried some of the stretches the correct way I found the pain subsided. Will continue down the road on this. Thank you
That split squat/dorsiflexion stretch on the bench where he rotated the femur internally can create pinching in the posterior horn medial meniscus in certain individuals.

snowshoeing is good for flexors. if only there was a cardio machine for that.

So basically you're just teaching your core to stay strong with the movements of body.? Sounds like a winner. I have excessive back extension when I do certain exercises so I think this type of training should retrain my body well.
Wish I saw this after I pulled mine a few months ago! Will incorporate this now

Doesnt doesnt feel like it does chest l, at least not directltly. No matter what adjustments, it feels like it does arms.

I've been sedentary af the last 5 years and got fat and old af in 30s. I feel like I lost a few inches. Is it possible to gain them back. It's definitely in my legs

Can these exercises be useful even after surgery? Im 2 years post-op on a complete pectoralis major tear. No symptoms but I want to actively strengthen my pec to prevent any further problems.
