    Great exercises for the hip and pelvis! Pain in the lower back is bothering me. Once I tried some of the stretches the correct way I found the pain subsided. Will continue down the road on this. Thank you

    That split squat/dorsiflexion stretch on the bench where he rotated the femur internally can create pinching in the posterior horn medial meniscus in certain individuals.

    Yeah but half ya physical Therapy don’t help very much come to reconstruction flat feet surgery repair, Since going through physical rehabilitation center, half of recovery 😢is my self compared a physical therapy always in the rush and as well a trainer,

    So basically you're just teaching your core to stay strong with the movements of body.? Sounds like a winner. I have excessive back extension when I do certain exercises so I think this type of training should retrain my body well.

    Can these exercises be useful even after surgery? Im 2 years post-op on a complete pectoralis major tear. No symptoms but I want to actively strengthen my pec to prevent any further problems.
