    Your videos have provided the best remedies for what I started calling my "mysterious muscle disease." Docs assumed I was a sedentary old lady (I was an active 58 y/o when symptoms started) and were dismissive or terrifying when they suggested it was MS, ALS, myositis, etc. Can't thank you enough.

    I paused the video and tried the first two movements,
    and came to the conclusion you guys know what you are doing.
    Amazing! I do have a slight kyphosis with the right side lats tightening up and this was amazing.
    Have an icecream on me. :))

    Reverse hyper extensions with neck and back flexion would help this too for a finisher.
