    My pillow supports putting a towel in it to help support my neck better. I like that! I have issues with low SpO₂ while I sleep and this may help keep my airway open a little more to allow more oxygen in. Thanks for this!

    Thank you! You move a lot through the night. It would be valuable to me to understand how the initial position of your body and pillow influences your movement and changed positions through the night. It would also be really helpful to relate these all back to your breathing and how it is affected. For instance, I struggle most to breathe properly when I sleep on my back.

      Positioning pillows behind your back would be helpful when lying on your side! We recommend seeing your primary care provider if having difficulty breathing while sleeping on your back - this is something that is common among many individuals around the world!
