I've been dealing w knee pain for 7 years. When I saw this it explained MY particular knee issue. The exercises work and its the first relief I've gotten. Thank you!!!😊❤
This dude is the most likeable, intelligent, down-to-earth, handsome PT on social-media and CZcams. Simply the best ‼‼‼‼‼‼
He is🥰
I agree totally with what you say:
Such a pleasant person! 👏😊
Yah!😳😍🥰🥰
It's true, my knee pain got better but it is not really disappearing. Seems they engineered a new virus that ultimately your leg has to be amputated?
I was suffering joint pain (especially knees and elbows) a few months back, which came on quite suddenly. I took a good look at my diet and cut out chocolate (not that it is chocolate in the UK anymore! I used to eat a lot.) and other sweet treats, improved my intake of fruit and vegetables, have more full fat dairy and red meat, absolutely nothing processed, and within a month I had no more joint pains. At 56 years of age, a long distance lorry driver, I'm glad my issue was just down to diet as it was affecting my ability to work. I can still get up from a crouched position without using my arms, and as long as I keep moving as much as possible while behind the wheel I do not get any aches or pains at all at the end of a long days working.
Good advice, will be doing them🥰

Is this suitable if you’ve had a hip replacement on the same side as the painful knee , please? It doesn’t look like it would move the hip too awkwardly, except perhaps for the compound bridge exercise…and the last standing one
