thank you for these videos, most helpful. I started following your advice about 2 months ago, I am now able to jog for 1500 metres without stopping, prior to this I had not run for years. By the way I am 85 years old and diabetic, thank you again, Michelle

@ariadnefritz. I jogged 1500 meters today, it was fun, even raining. First time I have in ten years. I'm 80 in a few weeks. If you follow the John McDougall diet, your diabetes too will be cured. We both may soon jog 3000 meters. Will Harlow is sure a great guy.

Am 79 years old and follow your videos. Feel very good doing these exercises and routine. I find regularity is the key for their total effectiveness.
I'm not over 50, but I can't recommend those lunges fast enough when you're trying to rebuild the strength in your knees. I really put mine through a lot of abuse a couple of years ago while (over)training for Ironman. That exercise, while seemingly so simple and low impact, was invaluable. For anyone who hasn't tried it, It can be strenuous at first, but it works wonders.

Thanks once again! I’m 74, an avid cyclist, golfer, Nordic skier, kayaker and hiker! And I’ve had both of my hips and my knees replaced due to congenital hip issues. I have been very committed to keeping everything working, and I do appreciate the range of exercises you share.
I never thought of using my door stopper for squats! I will now - I have the same one.

Nice video for older people, I luckily don't ve knee problem bcos I try to do some exercises at home . I had been going to gym till age of 65( 3 yrs ago). Free hand exercises are done daily, I will add up these to prevent the future eventuality . Thank you

Perfect vd for me, yes 55 w weak leg muscles and worsening waiting for meniscus tear to heal. These exercises will be just what I need. I can't run , I tried a treadmill and I can do that by increasing speed gradually I can walk quicker at constant pace which could help strengthen leg muscles , this would also help my lymph fluid In my right leg . Whats your views on this ?
My knees and quad muscles and sciatica are giving me problems thank you for the good advice which I will follow.

Just recently found your videos. They are very clear and informative. My favorite pass time is golf and have recently experienced pain in my left knee. Working on strength and flaring my foot out but wondered what you thought about wearing a knee brace while golfing? Thanks

these exercises are useful. it helps me to recover from meniscus tear , has been 2 months. hopefully it would get better.

I am 83 years old. I find more useful to practice daily to keep myself fit.
I AM EXTRAORDINARILY FRUSTRATED BY THE DIFFICULTY IN
BUYING ONE BOOK!
Also, don’t attempt exercise 2 , leg raise, if you have inguinal hernia or groin strain - word, the other ones didn’t hurt, so thanks, I’ll give this a shot. 62, male, clicky knees
When I wake up,, I slide off the edge of my bed/mattress into a sitting position leaning into the mattress with my lower tailbone. I hold it there and focus more on shifting the weight bearing on my quads for as long as possible. Follow with deep lunge stretching. You'll feel that BURN 🔥 and your done. Try to do it two to three times for as long as you can each time. I used to have to wear a knee strap at every workout or run. Not now.
I have knee arthritis so can I do all seven exercises?

I have tree problems that you cover in your videos 1/ poor posture caused by heavy lifting. 2/ week knee muscles after partially knee replacements 3/lack of balance. What order should I do the exercises
I have developed knee pain since I have had a flare up of Achilles tendonitis.
Could you tell if quadriceps strengthening can put pressure on the knee cap in case of chondromalacia patellae? And that we need to focus mostly on gluteus muscles?
I’ve really been enjoying your exerice lessons! I had bi lateral knee surgery 4 months ago and have recovered well with knee bends etc . However I have great discomfort and stiffness at the back of the knee which isn’t responding to any stretches I do , Can you recommend exercise for back of knees Thankyou in advance Serena

When you walk very regularly, I do all my grocery shopping on foot, (I don't drive 🙃), do you have naturally strong knees?
Hi Will....I have a painful left knee. Is it safe to do the lunges? Will it increase the pain?
