    Patronising. And not being over 50 your self, means you have zero knowledge. What you are giving is general all inclusive mobility movements that are broad and inclusive to all ages. As I said patronising.

    Brilliant exercises. Only problem is that when pulling left knee in with my hand, it exacerbates the tennis elbow which is bothering me.

      Massage the forearm deep but don’t ever touch the area that is sore stretch your hand back as far as it can go or stand way from a wall put your fingers on the wall and lean forward this will also stretch the tendons

    It's not good Tramadol. Actually Tramadol they stopped. After taking such medicines all my hair Gone. In Mumbai Doctors are charging so much No time for patients. They take 2500 For fifteen minutes. I spent lot of money On doctors.

    I am 64 and trying your exercises. I walk 3.5-4.5 miles every day. When I rotate my right hip internal (3rd exercise), I get a Charlie horse in the right hip. What do you suggest I do so I can continue doing this movement?

    Thank you so much for these excersises🤗🥰 I am 72 and have no problems with my knees yet, but I do have osteoarthritis in my left hip, shoulders, wrists and neck, so I am very happy with these exercises to do every day to stay more flexible🙏😊

    Thank you for this video! I'm 75 and was diagnosed with degenerative disk decease and spinal stenosis when I was relatively young due to being a heavy smoker. I no longer smoke but of course these conditions will only get worse as I age. Your "exercises" were very close to what my last PT prescribed except that she stressed strengthening my abs, which of course irritated everything. I will definitely be doing what you suggested to relieve my chronic back pain.

    I lost all my muscle mass in 3 months when I got Hashimoto. Now, 7 years later i still struggle with doing exercises because I’m tired and my body is weak. I exercise 20 minutes, about 5 times a week but I heardly see or feel any result.

    I started getting Sciatica 7 years ago with the pain increasing. It was diagnosed as stenosis. I tried almost every alternative therapy and even did a session of steroid shots…no results. I started to do intermittent fasting with a low carb diet and not for the Sciatica. To my surprise, with in a week I start to get relief from the pain. It’s been a year now and it’s good, unless I do something that I know will aggravate it. To me it’s been a miracle to me.

    74 years old and I take the stairs instead of the escalator or the elevator if not more than 3 floors. Years ago I was told to do that in Weight Watchers. That was before keto and losing 95 pounds. I still take the stairs.

      I had hernia and 2 exposed nerves, the L1 & the L3, because the protection is already completely gone, but I was just able to do the exercises just fine🤗

    Oh Will, many years ago The San Jose Mercury in the SF Bay Area ran a "Personal Trainer" column in their paper. I would clip and save them all. This one was FOR EVERYDAY WEIGHTLIFTER, ONE SET OF REPS MAY BE ENOUGH" (i.e for the average Joe & Jane Public at Gyms). They took 2 groups going to the gym 3 days a week, 8 to 12 reps, all the major muscle groups. The first group spending 60 minutes in the Gym doing doing 3 sets per muscle group, and the second group spending only 25 minutes doing the above but ONLY doing ONE set. Guess what...the group that were doing 3 sets, in a 3 month follow-up study, BODY FAT, MUSCLE SIZE , no significant between the two groups improvement, STRENGTH & ENDURANCE, The 3 Sets groups' improvement was only 2 % better than the ONE set groups. So, they concluded we spend so much time doing 3 sets, time which we can do other fun exercises, for example, Swimming, walking, Cardio, Sports Hula Hoop or even playing Bobby Fischer Chess960. So, I do only ONE set. They listed the SOURCES as: University of Florida reported in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, a journal published by the American College of Sports Medicine; REUTERS So Will, WHADOYAHTHINK?🙃🙂 I'd love to hear.     I appreciate all of your instructions. Very important details that I don’t want to miss. I have osteoporosis in both hips. I don’t have a problem going upstairs. But I find that I am much slower going downstairs because it’s less controlled. These exercises will help! I will be doing the chair exercise. ✨Thank you so much!

    Hello Will Harlow, I love your videos young chap. I'm 78 and a retired Hatha Yoga Instructor and in a way a long time gym rat (a lah Frank Zane, Mentzgers, and all the others Larry Scott, etc) I've somehow or the other combined Yoga with weight training but now the joints are hurting, and I'm wondering if the Yoga "Stretching" is not being that good for me? Now in addition, and I do Iso-tensions (he "Compulsory Poses warm-ups, popularized by Arnold and Frank Zane etc). Now, I use a mini-trampoline daily (rebounding) and weighted Hula Hoop and I do my ABS daily. And I don't know if you've read Bob Anderson's book call STRETCHING but pretty please tell me what you think of Hatha Yoga in addition to Isotonic and emphasizing ECCENTRIC, that is, the CONCENTRIC faster and ECCENTRIC 4 times slower. Thanks Will, I recommend your videos to many of my friends at my Planet Fitness Gym
