Great job! This is very helpful thanks ! 🔥
1) switch to minimalist shoes
2) use toe spacers
3) when you walk, don't land on your heel, land on the middle/forefoot

What type of knee injury is more common from long but sedentary standing?
What if it’s a 24/7 constant throb in the knee, what does that mean? Will these exercises help?
Hello! I wanted to suggest this for your app but can you do a ski Prehab program please 😊

Hello! So Ive been dealing with some nagging knee pain for some time but it got worse after I STOPPED powerlifting almost a year ago… Recently I’m back in the gym, and obviously nowhere near where I used to be but I can’t seem to load my knee much at all anymore due to the pain mostly in the outer part of my knee. I’ve dealt with other problematic areas before and found success but I can’t seem to get anywhere with my knee 😢 Any help would be much appreciated!
Hey there thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about that knee pain, have you checked out any of our knee programs through the app? I would recommend looking into our Knee Prehab program! bit.ly/tryprehabYT
Took a fall off my bike leading to a bit of hip swelling and a knee clicking. I think either a swollen hip or knee bursa is causing a click from the IT band on full extension, luckily I've got a physical next week
Rooting for your Dylan!

Just so many exciting things to say! But thank you for the feedback!
You could slow it down with the speed settings. Perfect for me tho.
