    So great and informative. Just a request for you to speak a bit slower. So much information but hard to totally hear as you are explaining really fast. Great video

    Do you just work through the pain or is there a progression or regression if pain is felt? Thanks

      Dependent on your symptoms and can vary person to person. Generally, if pain is a 2-3/10 work through what you can, however if pain is above that, a regression may be more appropriate.
