Nice work, better than anything I've seen for sale for indoor use. One recommendation I could make is that just about the best and quietest lining for pellet traps is lead flashing, the stuff roofers use. It's completely silent, lasts for ages and you can just add it to your scrap pile when it falls to bits.

Nice idea and job, with all those loose screws though I'd use a different style of lock for how you have the carry handle.

Thanks for the video! I have this machine but two questions: How much is a shallow pass to avoid snipes (full, half of quarter turn) and how do you avoid clogging the dust extraction I get it all the time.

Hello and many thanks for the video which i followed mostly untill when you come to laser it out,firstly when you were in inkscape after each layer did you save them because when you come to cut them out you just went straight to grbl and imported files from where? its driving me crazy cos i loved the video so much and unable to cut out my own maps many thanks

DO NOT buy this - my K8 worked for a few burns / engraving & then just stopped functioning - no after sales support available - so just some paperweights - save up & buy a proper Lazer engraver

I just got mine. The delivery guy was lucky I was home cuz I went outside and helped him carry it. It's much heavier than I thought. Hopefully the husky standing/ sitting workbench i bought is hefty enough to hold it when it's going full speed

Awesome video. Thank you I just recently bought one with the 500w spindle. I like the machine But I have not been able to test it with the 500 W spindle. Because the box that controls the spindle seems to have a problem with it, troubleshooting it and everything with the people at Two trees. We came to the conclusion that it's a relay in the box, but they want me to change the relay, which I'm not willing to because. The machine should have worked right out of the box. So I might have to send the whole cnc machine back to them. Because they want me to fix an item that is supposed to work. And they just don't want to send me the whole controller box. They had me test by shoring some wires in the box which I think I should have not done it because it was very unsafe. And now they want me to do all these mechanics. I don't like companies that promise you something. And when there's a problem, they wanna go around the Bush. When they can just do the right thing and just replace the box. That's all I need. Anyway thank you.

I might have commented before about this before but as I was looking for a jig your video popped up via CZcams algorithm! It looks a good jig but unfortunately I have no faith in ordering anything off Banggood as Ive ordered twice off this company and never ever received the goods, despite them telling me they've despatched and that items have been "delivered" (lies) - In my opinion this company are not to be trusted. Luckily I got a refund off my CC company for non delivery. You may well have had a different experience but losing two orders is more than a coincidence, my suspicions are they never ever actually despatched anything.......

Great project. In a clamp I built, I used a regular hex head bolt at the end of the handle, so I can tighten with any wrench or even a power driver 🙂

My P2 isn't cutting anywhere near that well On the 3mm basswood plywood that came with the xtool package I ordered, the square can't be pushed out running 69% at 19mm/s 6mm plywood from makerstock takes 4 passes running 100% power @ 10 mm/s

Great idea I will build one! I built your t track circular saw guide and it works very well. I mounted my saw track to a piece of plywood To make it a track saw. that I can just lay it on the line and cut. line.
