Wow! 😮
They came out amazing, Tomasz!!! And with that resin you could probably cast even lenses!
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thank you, a great review! 🥰🥰
Great products 👍
I just got interested in resin, so your video comes just at the right time.
Maybe you can make a coaster with a laser and then cover it with resin? Could be a nice project.
Yes thats some of the projects I'm planning. An inlay with a laser then covered with resin. Should look pretty cool.
@@CasualDIY That's great. I learn first with your tutorials and then get more inspiration from you! Thanks Tomasz!
Are there no limits to your talent hehehe. Great informative video fir beginners and experienced users alike. Thanks Tomasz 👍
Lol some cool resin projects coming this year 😅
I'll keep a note of that store, looks pretty good 😀... This was a very good video showing what happens when mixing/pouring in less than ideal conditions ... not something I think I've ever seen done 👍
With regards the heat mat, you can get the same result just dunking the resin container in hot water.
That is true but the water overtime gets colder and I would have to get a kettle in the workshop plus the temperature of the water is not constant and the mat gives same predictable temperature
Hey mate, think you're mixing up "pressure pot" and "vacuum chamber". You can use pressure pot to fully cure the resin and the pressure makes the air bubbles smaller. Or use a vacuum chamber on the resin before pouring to remove the air.
Pressure pot is what I wanted to say👍 with fast curing resin using a vacuum chamber isn't possible.
Hey Hey! Great Video Man. Thought I'll introduce myself as I think I'm in the exact same place as you 6 years ago 😅. Just got my workshop done attached to a rented property here in the UK so I can finally start my own woodworking channel. Maybe slightly different to yours as I'll be working with reclaimed wood. Anyways I really appreciate your videos as I've learned quite a lot from them . Thanks again and keep up your good work. All the best Leszek 😉
Hi, thanks! Wish you all the best on the CZcams journey👍 if you have any questions or want some tips then drop me an email 👍
@@CasualDIY Legend! Thank you that would be great. Yeah just starting with some baby steps first and we will see where it'll take me.
Love the channel! It probably sounds annoying, but any time you can throw in a Fahrenheit or Inch in there when you’re talking units this yankee appreciates it! I’m okay at doing the conversions in my head, but still learning :).
I liked seeing your experiments with resin. I recently tried the ultra fast, UV resin in a hobby project with my daughters and found it challenging but useful for small stuff. The 24-hour stuff seemed to be best balance of bang for buck for things under an inch deep. Warming the bottles helped…a bit like using hide glue! ;)
Hehe I'll try to add the Fahrenheit and inch, maybe an on screen prompt 👍
Thanks! :)
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Those pumps for the bottles at 10:50 seem a good idea. Do you clean them after use? How? Do you leave them on the bottles, or do you put the origial caps/lids back? I followed the link to their shop/website but I couldn't find the mold for the wine bottle/glass holder. How much did it cost?
Could you, in a future resin video, show how to combine wood with resin and what need to put special attention to?
I leave the pumps on - they do have a lock down position. Yes just had a look for that mold and its not there not sure why. I do have a full playlist of tutorial videos I think there is one video with wood. Link to the playlist should be in the description of this video.
@@CasualDIY Thanks for your reply. I watched some of videos from your resin playlist in the past, but apparently not all (or I don't remember the content exactly anymore.
Tomasz as always a very good material. Nice product but video only of informative nature. Let’s Resin cannot be shipped to EU countries plus price is way above high quality European products such as epodex for instance
Hmm are you sure? I'm based in Poland and it arrived within 2 weeks with no customs fees.
