    Well done to you. This is the most informative video I have watched on dovetail jigs. You explained the set up perfectly and I will watch it again and take notes of the step by step instructions. Thanks again for another interesting video.

    Excellent! I've been looking forward to the follow up video all week, and i wasn't disappointed.
    I set mine up at the weekend and made some test cuts thanks to your first video. But this second video goes into a bit more detail on the configuration, which is exactly what was needed. I particularly appreciated the labelling of the stock pieces, such a small detail but often forgotten.
    Brilliant video....thank you so much. Best video on CZcams for this jig.....no question.

    Hi Tomasz, I've always been put off buying one of these as they looked so complicated but this video and your explanation makes it look more achievable, thanks.

    Great video mate, I’ve got mine set up for 18mm boards and that’s all I use it for. I used set up blocks to set up the depth of the cutter. Thanks for sharing.

    Sod it, a couple of six inch nails and sorted 🤣... yet another great instructional video Tomasz ... the setup is a bit of a pain, but once it is then it creates a fantastic joint ... I'll refer back to this if I ever unbox my 600mm jig 👍

    Hey Tomasz, another great informative video. So many other CZcamsrs just show what they have managed to do without the detail of setting up you showed, thank you. I do have 1 question tho' if the boards were 18mm thick what was the reason for marking a line at 15mm, was it just a rough starting point or did you measure the bit offset with a collar? Thanks again

    • @CasualDIY
      @CasualDIY  Před 10 dny

      Thank you. It's just a rough starting point. It's suggested to do that in the manual. This jig can take boards in a fairly limited thickness and that line is more or less the average medium for all of them. You will always have to make the initial test runs to get it right.

    LOL they are all loose

    • @CasualDIY
      @CasualDIY  Před 2 měsíci

      Not sure how you managed to get to that conclusion but I can assure you they are perfectly tight and you need a mallet the take this apart. As I highlighted in the video there is only one side with one pin that has about 1mm gap.
