I preffer to poach chicken breast it is quicker 15-20 minutes and there is less chance to overcook the chicken, if i want it now. Otherwise i sous vide at a lower temp 145-degrees F for a longer time 2 hours [ at least 1 hour and no more than 4 hours], for a juicer more tender breast. Adding whatever spices/seasonings/aromatics to the vacuum bag as required by the recipe or what you feel like.Whatever method you choose make sure to probe the meat to see that it has reached the safe temp for it type. would you believe I never tasted a leek?
Wow, you've got to try leeks! They have a mild, onion-like flavor that adds a delicious touch to many dishes. I recommend starting with a simple leek and potato soup or sautéing them as a side dish. You won't be disappointed!
People get intimidated by leeks due to the fact that you have to overly wash them in water 💦 because they grow into the ground but it’s worth it!
That's true, washing leeks can be a bit of work, but the amazing flavor they add to dishes is worth the effort! A good tip is to cut the leeks in half and rinse them under running water to remove all the dirt. It’s definitely worth it!
Plantains are an underrated fruit. People don’t know how easy they are to cook with!
I completely agree! Plantains are amazing and so versatile. You can fry them, bake them, or even make crispy chips. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend frying them until golden brown. They're delicious and easy to prepare!
I live in the Dominican Republic and today I just bought 32 cacao pod for $5… that was way more than what I would usually pay… but we really LOVE Cacao juice and cacao wine… plus I make my own chocolate and Cacao husks tea (without any caffeine) it made about around 45 oz of pure nectar. When they make chocolate people refer to it as “baba” (let’s say it means a mixture between slime and drool) and they just try to get rid of it in order to dry the cacao as fast as possible. But they have no idea what the juice tastes like. GREAT VIDEO! I can’t wait to try it!

what is the dough made out of
Gluten-Free Magic Pizza Dough Heat up your oven to 480°F 2 cups of milk 1 egg 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 1/4 cup of white rice or brown rice flour 1 cup of tapioca flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt or to your taste 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar Toppings of your choice How to prepare: Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into a nonstick pizza tray and bake for 12 minutes at 480°F. Remove from the oven and add the toppings of your choice. Take the pizza back to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the toppings are done cooking. I added ricotta cheese, mozzarella prosciutto, fig and parmesan. I used the ricotta as the sauce. Try adjusting the dough consistency by gradually adding a bit more warm water until you achieve the desired texture. Sometimes, water temperature or moisture levels can affect dough consistency. Hope this helps!
