Irresistible Chicken in Gorgonzola Maple Sauce - A Flavor Explosion!

    This recipe combines the rich, creamy taste of Gorgonzola cheese with the sweet touch of maple syrup, creating a delightful blend of flavors. Paired with juicy chicken breasts and fresh cherry tomatoes, it's a dish that's sure to impress.
    Chicken in Gorgonzola Maple Sauce
    4 chicken breasts
    Smoked paprika to taste
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 cloves of chopped garlic
    1/4 of a small onion chopped
    2 1/2 tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
    1/2 of cup mini mozzarella
    How to prepare:
    Start by criss crossing the chicken breast and season with black pepper, salt and smoked paprika. Heat up a skillet with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook the chicken for 6 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet add the butter, cloves of garlic and onions. Sauté for approximately 2 minute. Add the Gorgonzola and wait for it to melt. Add the maple syrup and mix well for 1 minute. Turn the flame off. Stuff the chicken breast with the cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella. Place the chicken back in the skillet with the gorgonzola sauce and cook for 5 more minutes. Add parsley on top and serve by itself or with a salad of your choice.

    Frango ao molho de gorgonzola
    4 peitos de frango
    Páprica defumada a gosto
    Sal a gosto
    Pimenta a gosto
    3 colheres de sopa de azeite
    2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
    3 dentes de alho picados
    1/4 de cebola pequena picada
    2 1/2 colheres de sopa de queijo Gorgonzola
    1/4 xícara de maple syrup ou mel
    1 xícara de tomate cereja picado
    1/2 xícara de mini muçarela
    Como preparar:
    Comece fazendo cortes transversais no frango e tempere com pimenta do reino, sal e páprica fumada. Aqueça uma frigideira com 3 colheres de sopa de azeite. Cozinhe o frango por 6 minutos de cada lado. Retire o frango da frigideira e reserve. Na mesma frigideira, adicione a manteiga, os dentes de alho e a cebola. Refogue por aproximadamente 2 minutos. Adicione o Gorgonzola e espere derreter. Acrescente o maple syrup e misture bem por 1 minuto. Abaixe o fogo e recheie o peito de frango com os tomates cerejas e as mini mussarela. Coloque o frango de volta na frigideira com o molho de gorgonzola e cozinhe por mais 5 minutos. Adicione a salsinha por cima e sirva com uma salada de sua preferência.
