    Vegan Kelp Noodle
    1 package of kelp noodle
    Hot water
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup soaked cashews
    1 1/4 cups almond milk or any other dairy free milk of your choice
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    Turmeric to taste
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1 small chopped red onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    8 oz chopped oyster mushroom
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    How to prepare:
    Start by soaking the kelp noodles with hot water, the lemon juice, and baking soda for 10 minutes. In the meantime, make the cashew sauce by adding the cashews, dairy free milk, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper to taste into a blender. Blend it for about 2 minutes. Set aside. Sauté the onions with the olive oil for 2 minutes, then the garlic for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook for 6 to 10 minutes. Add the sauce and mix well. Strain the kelp noodles and rinse well. Pour the kelp noodles with the mushroom and sauce mixture. Mix well and enjoy!

    Macarrão de Algas Marinhas Vegano
    1 pacote de macarrão de alga marinha
    água quente
    Suco de 1/2 limão
    2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó
    1 xícara de castanha de caju demolhada
    1 1/4 xícara de leite de amêndoa ou qualquer outro leite vegetal de sua escolha
    1 colher de sopa de fermento nutricional
    Cúrcuma a gosto
    Sal a gosto
    Pimenta a gosto
    1 cebola roxa pequena picada
    3 dentes de alho
    8 oz de cogumelo ostra picado ou o cogumelo da sua preferência
    3 colheres de sopa de azeite
    Como preparar:
    Coloque o macarrão de algas marinha em água quente, suco de limão e bicarbonato de sódio por 10 minutos. Enquanto isso, faça o molho de caju, coloque no liquidificador as castanhas de caju, o leite de amêndoas, o fermento nutricional, o sal e a pimenta a gosto. Bata por cerca de 2 minutos. Reserve. Refogue a cebola com o azeite por 2 minutos, em seguida o alho por 1 minuto. Adicione os cogumelos e cozinhe por de 6 a 10 minutos. Adicione o molho e misture bem. Coe o macarrão e enxágue bem. Despeje o macarrão de algas marinha ao molho, misture bem e bom apetite.
