    Today, I'm excited to share a special recipe with you: Miami Plantain Bread. This unique delight combines the tropical goodness of green plantains with the richness of almond flour, resulting in a nutritious and flavorful bread.
    The Miami Plantain Bread 🍞
    2 green cooked plantains
    1 cup of almond flour
    1/2 cup almond milk
    3 eggs
    4 tablespoons coconut oil
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    How to prepare:
    Peel the green plantains and slice them.
    Boil them until they are very soft. Smash them and add the beaten eggs with the almond milk and coconut oil. Mix well. Add the almond flour, baking soda, salt and mix well. Pour the mixture into to a nonstick bread pan and bake for 50 minutes to an hour at 350°F

    2 bananas verdes cozidas
    1 xĂ­cara de farinha de amĂȘndoa
    1/2 xĂ­cara de leite de amĂȘndoas
    3 ovos
    4 colheres de sopa de Ăłleo de coco
    1 colher de sopa de fermento em pĂł
    Como preparar:
    Descasque as bananas e corte as em rodelas Coloque para ferver até ficarem bem macias.
    Depois de cozidas, amasse bem e junte os ovos batidos com o leite de amĂȘndoas e o Ăłleo de coco. Misture bem. Adicione a farinha de amĂȘndoa, o fermento, o sal e misture bem. Despeje a mistura em uma forma de pĂŁo antiaderente e leve ao forno para assar por 50 minutos a uma hora a 180°C
